PostSubject: Having unprotected sex or donating blood without communicating HIV won't be a felony anymore!   Having unprotected sex or donating blood without communicating HIV won't be a felony anymore! EmptySat 18 Mar - 19:19

Take a look at this new released at Los Angeles Times yesterday...

http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-pol-sac-aids-felony-20170315-story.html

According to this, a Senator proposed to reduce the seriousness of not communicating the hospital (in case of blood donation) or a partner (in case of sex) that a person is HIV positive...

Nowadays a person can be convicted and spend 7 years in prison for it.

The senator claims that AIDS is no longer a death sentence and the need to communicate it is discrimination.

What do you think about it?

Shocked
